| I suggest that you contact me first by telephone or email, so we can review what your needs are and how I can assist you. In the event that you have to leave a message, I will respond within 24 hours. It is helpful to let me know when and where you can be reached. Once we agree on a reading, first time clients can send me a money order, or pay for the reading with your credit card, prior to the reading. I will schedule the reading and then give you a time to call me back to review the reading with you. If you wish, I can follow up with an email write up of the reading. Some people tape the reading from our telephone call, or take notes, for reference. |

| All email correspondence includes a follow up telephone call so that you can be sure that you have a full understanding of the information. Please email me the name of the pet, a description or picture, the sex, age, and town the animal is located in. Also include the questions that you would like answered, or the things that you would like me to communicate to your animal. Payment by Credit Card or money order will need to be arranged, prior to the reading. |

| Animal communication sessions in your home or at your barn are approximately one hour for each animal.
Sessions with multiple animals are welcomed. Arrangements can be made for long distance travel anywhere in the United States. |
